I love how easy it was to set up my first store, with all its features! It's very customizable so you can make your own system that works best for yourself/your needs. The customer service has been great as well; they've always answered our questions quickly in ways we would have never thought about ourselves. A few things could be fixed here or there but overall this software does exactly what i want it too do when running an independent shop - schedule appointments, send out reminders & invoices (we're using Pinnacle Invoice). We also use their POS System which helps us keep track off sales at each location while still being able to easily manage everything from one desktop computer. Scheduling appointment times are easier by far than having someone else take care of them every time it comes around. Also makes sending reminder emails super simple instead.
