Installed in a Florida home and required quite detailed installation. The installation instructions helped alleviate this difficulty. It takes up a decent amount of space under the sink, so make sure you have enough room for it. It's great that it includes a water spout and also that it's not electronic. Since I needed a matte black filter for our kitchen, I needed a filter that could be used with any filter. The water pressure on this filter is very good and the tank holds plenty of water for everyday use. Even good for the times I'm making soup. The water quality is also good. In general, the water quality from this filter is noticeably better than from the faucet we had before. I'm not a water expert, so I can't test how well the filter works, but purely in terms of taste, the difference is noticeable.
