I like that it is user friendly - we have been using this in house at my previous job since 2012 without any issues or problems! The only downside was when you needed more support than what they offered through customer relations/support department (which wasn't much). It's great if someone has limited experience but even then can get something set up quickly once given instructions of how things are done so no real complaints there either other wise would be nit picking which isn;t worth mentioning :) We were able streamline all paperwork associated woth repairs including quotes from multiple vendors as well getting paid faster via paypal etc!! I like that this software is very user friendly. The customer support team is also great! They are always willing to help you out when needed. Nothing really, all good. This software works well and was easy to set up. It's simple and straightforward so it's not hard to learn how to use this software. We have been able to streamline our processes with this software.
