The crease won't come out
I'm disappointed it didn't work because I liked the color, design and D-shape of the rug. When I took the rugs out of the packaging I laid them sideways on the floor hoping the creases would smooth out and straighten out a bit. You are not. We then tried rolling them up hoping the crease would come out. And again no luck. When we placed them in front of the door, the door continued to cling to the crease and the carpet moved with it when the door was opened. The only good thing was that there were no problems sending them back. You should really consider storing and shipping this on a roll rather than folded.
