The pillow itself is very good and the fact that it is adjustable is also nice. However, you have no idea what a mess it becomes once you take out some of the filling! I did it outside as suggested. That didn't help though as the filling comes out in pellet sized chunks and ends up EVERYWHERE. I couldn't wipe it off my clothes or shoes. I couldn't detach it from the outside of the pillow to close the pillow again. I had to sit and pull tiny pieces out of the zipper because the zipper kept getting tangled in the tiny pieces of padding. I thought this was going to be a 3 minute project but it turned out to be very long and I'm still finding pieces of the infill all over the house!
