This speaker sounds great but is a little heavy for such a small package. It's still very portable and has a small form factor, but the weight of the internal battery makes itself felt. On the plus side, you can use it to protect a picnic blanket and other items from strong winds! The Bluetooth connection is top notch. and I don't notice any delays. The volume is enormous for a small speaker. Partly because of the electronics, shape design and high capacity battery, so their power can be used to support volume. Overall, this speaker is functionally equivalent to what larger speakers can do, but with the benefit of being smaller.
