Like many of the other customer reviews here, I ordered this part to replace a broken clutch on a Hot Tub Ultimate Care II. This part looks just like the original except it has a metal core. Well, the metal core and/or poor workmanship means it's too small to fit on the shaft. Even with a crazy hammer it won't fit. I managed to put one half on the motor and had to use the original other half to fit the shaft because the new second half didn't fit the shaft. Return this part as soon as a new all-plastic part becomes available. avoid it There's a reason the original part is made entirely of plastic. This part does not fit properly on the shafts! I have no idea how it has so many 5 star reviews. I smell review fraud. Unless it suits Kenmore. I assure you it is not suitable for Whirlpool Ultimate Care II. And I'm not the only one with this complaint. All recent reviews say the same thing.
