This unit was very easy to set up and use. Once it's loaded up a bit and your account is set up, you're done. You can use the tracker through the app or on your desktop, which is great if you're not near your phone all the time or vice versa. The app/site itself is easy to use and understand, and while it takes a few minutes to update after logging in, the tracker shows you where it went, what route it took and how long it took. This is a great device for everything you need. I also worked extensively with the service team on some issues I had while logging in and they were very prompt and polite throughout the process.
