I bought this because there are never enough cup holders with children. 😊. I have a very tight space between the passenger seat and the center console. It won't push all the way down, but it's snug enough to hold everything securely. I wouldn't take a big sip, but most other drinks are fine. The holes are actually slightly larger than the mounts fitted to my car, just not as deep. It takes up part of the passenger seat, but that's what I assumed, and my seats are big enough. I have a Kia Sorento. Durable plastic that looks like it could be washed in the dishwasher. Also, fewer things fall into the cracks in my seats. I also stuffed it into a slot in the back seat on the tire bench. It's okay, but my kids are prone to accidents, so most of the time I just keep the drinks ahead of time. Recommended for a simple solution to a common problem. A few dollars well spent. I hope this review was helpful to you.
