I love this hat. The seller provided the best customer service. This headset makes it easier to gather information from customers because I really understand what they are saying. The headset can be used very flexibly and can be used with several types of interfaces depending on the type of connected Smart Cable. The small investment was well worth it. The deal I made with the seller is too good to announce. Update: I was recently asked if this would work with a specific model of Cisco IP phones. And yes. Not only that, after sharing a direct answer with another consumer, I noticed that my cable had a removable label that indicated which switch position to place the GN1200 cable for Cisco phones. Here's my answer to that question: Good morning Rick. Now I have an answer. .sorry it took so long. I've used it successfully on every Cisco VoIP phone I've tested. They were the models: 7962 and 6941. These numbers are on either side of the 7941 and if the 7941 has a manual adjustment knob I'm absolutely certain it will work the same way. I plugged it in and set the DIP switch to position "2" and it worked like a bell. Let me know if that helps. The Cisco phones mentioned have a jack - for this plug; An amplifier is NOT required. The label says position "8" - and it works in either position.
