Review on Toyo Observe G3-Ice 285/60 R18 120T winter by Adam Trela ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The purchase was not entirely successful, there were minor problems in use.

When we bought the vehicle, it came with four different sets of studded winter wheels. During the winter I made the decision to purchase new tires, both for the machine and for myself. I had a strong desire for Toyo. So, I made the purchase. It is possible that Taiwan or Thailand is the country of origin. In general: destruction of the front axle when cornering (first-wheel drive automobile, high, heavy 1.7 tons), slippage at the beginning of the turn. To a large extent, we can bear it. Nevertheless, while the car was departing the bend at a speed of fifty kilometers per hour, it happened that it was flung into the woods through the oncoming lane. As a direct consequence of this, the automobile had to be fixed, and I started having a lot of misgivings about Toyota. By the way, the car drove exceptionally well on a variety of wheels that were nearly worn out.

Pros
  • not noticed
Cons
  • Spikes fall off, resulting in poor road holding.
