This purchase was a complete failure. I have an elderly dog that I love and I do my best to keep her healthy. These include a chiropractor, an acupuncturist, and of course, better nutrition. I didn't see any results with my previous brand of fish oil so I decided to give Paws and Pals a try. Big mistake. I bought it at the end of October. In December I ran out of a bottle of my previous brand. Then I opened this. The pump was leaking at all points of the valve right from the start. I thought it might be a temporary printing issue. No, it just broke completely. Which, by the way, doesn't matter. However, on January 19, 2021 I went to the Paws and Pals contact page to give them a chance to reply before I post a review here. There was absolute silence. So not only the product delivery system is flawed, but also the customer service is lacking. And I don't know if the product works or not. I got tired of my sink smelling like fish and decided to throw the bottle away after only a few weeks of use.
