I've waited 20 years for this! Compact, lightweight, easy installation and tray mount. Fits in a backpack or art carrier. The table/tray top is very convenient for storing watercolors and water jugs. Easy to get through flight security and customs for international travel. I saw several artists using this rig and bought it straight away. I wrote a positive review for my local artist groups. The only downside is that it's light and easy to carry on a very windy day. You may have to complain. But if it's so choppy, you shouldn't be drawing anyway. Buy this, you won't be disappointed.
