I was quite skeptical about this startup monitor/radar. The price is much better than the Swing Caddies and PGR models, so I decided to give it a try. I just wanted something that simple. That's a lot more accurate than I expected. With those launch monitors, drivers, and anything beyond 200 meters, there's usually an issue with accuracy. I took it with friends and it pretty much measured the carry. We all fly at different speeds and distances, and the resulting numbers reflect our throws very well. My only advice is to download a unit converter app so you don't have to rely on your cellular connection to convert meters per second to miles per hour. I am very happy with this unit and would recommend it to any budget golfer like me who doesn't want to shell out over $250 for a nearly identical product.
