Based on the listed measurements I should have measured it to see how tall it is but I didn't. It costs a lot less than our previous coffee table, so it's a little awkward to eat on. But overall it looks great. It feels like recycled wood. Very easy to assemble (especially if you have one of the drill hex keys). I don't think I would sit on it like other coffee tables do, but I'm sure it's easy to put your feet on.
