This was easy to install, just attach the metal base to the visor and the magnetic back of the speaker snaps into place instantly. It synced easily with my phone and for phone calls it works MUCH better than my built in Bluetooth system on my 2011 Forester, which I have repeatedly complained about from family and friends who said they could barely hear me. An added benefit of this system is the ability to play any media files from my phone. I really enjoy listening to audio books. My only complaint is that there is slight distortion when playing music and sometimes when trying to hear spoken media. The bass is very powerful for the size of the device and makes the metal clip vibrate a lot, which increases the distortion. But this device serves my purpose of improving the sound quality of my phone calls, which is why I call it a winner.
