Review on Secure Your Gear with RotopaX RX-LOX-PM Pack Mount Lock by Jerry Olson

Terrible lock! Seriously, don't waste your money on this mount. I risked it and regretted it. I have a regular Rotopax mount with no lock and it works. I ordered this one with a lock to protect my gas when away from my Xterra in built-up areas. The lock gave me problems from the start. Eventually I managed to insert the lock core into the bracket and after removing the lock I again had difficulty removing it. Finally pulled it out and added some WD-40 to lighten it up. The lock went in smoothly and when I tried to pull the key out the whole lock came with it and fell apart. LAUGH OUT LOUD! I guess I'll use a cheap bike lock for now until I think of something else. smh *** Update I added a photo of the broken lock after he shot me.
