I followed T's instructions and decided not to use it for 24 hours (not required but recommended). i love this shop I had a bunker ring but my hands are too small and it just wouldn't hold onto my protective case. This makes it wonderful. The elastic band is tight but comfortable. I still don't understand how the hell I manage to pull off all those graceful somersaults. But then again, I have an iPhone 7 plus and some of the smallest hands a grown man is likely to have. It is very discreet and unobtrusive. I highly recommend it. And I also recommend using a case/phone cleaning wipe, pressing it firmly as directed (for 90 seconds if I remember correctly) and leaving it on for 24 hours. You can use your phone (it won't even remotely bother you), just don't use the strap.
