Cotton skirt with some stretch. The skirt is well made! Washes and wears well. I'm 5 feet 4 inches and 125 pounds. The little one fits perfectly. The colors are true to the picture but I wish they were heather gray and light blue although I really like the "denim" look of the navy blue. A smart fleet wouldn't hurt either. I could have used the side pockets but without them they look very smart casual; a tighter fit will show the lines of the pockets. These skirts are amazing value for money. I love her!
