I bought an HP Chromebook in December and have had touchpad issues since May. Tried all the fixes suggested by HP but ended up having to submit them. Luckily it's still under warranty and has had another refurbishment and the touchpad seems to be working fine so far. Now, August, the Chromebook won't charge. Step by step we restart the process with a virtual assistant hoping for a good result but still disappointed with the product. I thought buying from HP was the smart way to go.
