This is a nice visor that looks good on my Bell Custom 500. BUT. But here. I was under the impression that this was made by Bell for the Custom 500. And while it came in packaging that indicates it was sold by Bell, the clasps indicate it's more of a generic visor. The "latches" on each end can move slightly to accommodate different button positions on the helmet, like many universal visors on the market. But the central latch, and here's the disappointment and deduction of 2 stars, has a VERTICAL slot that allows you to move up and down! WTF? Yeah, what I don't need is a visor that moves up and down while riding. What where they think. So I took some super glue and glued the center latch onto the visor to keep it from moving. Haven't tried it driving yet, but I think it will work. I'll do an update in a few weeks after I've ridden a few hundred miles.
