A worthless product, definitely not worth your money!

NEW: lowered the assessment of the connection with the failure of the focus, and for the second time. For the first time - six months later, they repaired it under warranty (I took it in a sigma company store), the second time the focusing died after another six months. Only now the store has been "washed away" - its website does not work, the phone is switched off. what to do with it now - I do not know yet. The second one to buy :(( It is not possible to use the lens without focusing for commercial shooting. For me personally, this lens solved many problems. I use a crop DSLR, but I plan to switch to FF. Fifty dollars on a crop of two or more people is problematic to remove in a room. And in low light, you need to set a longer shutter speed and clamp the aperture. The quality goes down accordingly. And at 35m a group of 3 people at F2.8 at 1/60 turned out to be great to shoot. And the picture is subjectively larger than 50mm. If you are in doubt about choosing between Nikon, read the test http://www. Lenstip. Com/359.5-Lens_review-Sigma_A_35_mm_f_1.4_DG_HSM_Chromatic_and_spherical_aberration. Html I advise you to take this lens, it is much better than Nikon in terms of price / quality ratio Of the Nikon Ai-S 35F2.0 alternatives (I have one), it has a better picture, the lens is lighter, but the manual and working aperture is from 2.8. If they and sigma are removed at 4.0, then Nikon's picture will be tastier by the transition to blur and bokeh. Both have good color reproduction.

Pros
  • Sharp wide open I shot at 2.0 when aiming at distant objects in the subway, the sharpness is very good with 3.3 even in low light, the sharpness is perfect good bokeh
Cons
  • Found magenta HA on 2.0.
