Review on Saberr by Carlos Reyes

It's very easy to set up and there's no coding involved! It's great for the support team as it helps us to keep up with the requests/issues at hand. We need to keep a constant lookout of the dashboard, as that gets updated very fast. I would say that there could be more templates to pick from. If you are a manager, this is a must. It helps keep up with all the requests/issues at hand. I like that it is very easy to use (even if you have never used any kind of software before). It has made my life so much easier when working with people from different backgrounds who don't understand each other well or want things done differently than others do. Sometimes there can be issues which are hard to fix because they rely heavily upon your own personal knowledge base. If this applies then perhaps try another version? The benefits far outweigh anything else!
