I'm giving one star for Revain's poor shipping packaging
Although the shredder works well, it was shipped in retail packaging with minimal protection. This is a very heavy device and most of the weight is on the head while the rest of the device is hollow plastic. Upon unpacking and inspecting, we found that the front door containing the paper bin had a crack and would not close. This is important because the front door also activates the headlock. . Rather than messing around with returns or finding a replacement, we simply wrapped a bungee cord around the unit to keep the door closed during use. I gave one star for poor shipping packaging from Revain's fulfillment page.
