Not for traditional picture rails
Seems sturdy and easy to use, but there's a reason there aren't large picture hangers on the rail - they won't fit! I have a traditional wooden picture rail and the hooks are too small and the angle is too small to fit on it. We must try to bend the hooks to open and remove them, and then buy the right size hooks. They should be designed to work with a more modern and square rail.
