I've been using this chair for 1 month and the plastic supporting part of the chair has completely broken in half. Very disappointed with the quality of this chair. It was convenient until it happened. Update: I contacted the company and they sent me a new chair. I've only upped my rating to 3 stars because although this new chair is great and much better quality when you look at it and compare it to the photos in the listing, this is the chair I should have gotten in the first place. I don't like that I got the chair cheaper than I ordered and had to disassemble it and contact the company to get what I ordered in the first place. I like the chair though.
