My husband is a fan of gold socks. I had no idea they made anything other than men's socks until I saw these. Firstly the picture is wrong - the socks I received look the same but have a silver finish. On a black sock there is a silver stripe at the top, on a gray cat sock there are light gray stripes, silver threads also pass through the cat's ears. It adds a touch of glamor that my girls adored. They fit true to size as expected. I am a medium size which should fit a size 9-3.5 and I have confirmed that it is correct after trying it on a size 10 and a size 3 foot. They stretch a lot so I wouldn't be surprised if they don't fit in a larger size. They are described as "super soft" and I don't think that's true. They're fairly soft, but the metallic thread gives them a roughness in those accent areas. The socks feel high quality, like most gold toe products - the toe seams lie flat and I couldn't find any manufacturing defects. What I really like about them is the color-coding of the toes, so it's easy to mix and match socks -- so if you're buying two different sizes of the same sock, mixing and matching a pair is a breeze!
