My project required an additional PCI-E card with two internal 19-pin connectors. I need USB 3.0 ports on the back of the case but they can't be in the same card slot. This card allowed USB 3.0 ports on both the front and remote rear of the case. Pros: + Reasonable price of $19.99 with Revain free and FAST shipping. + Easy to install, comes with a mini floppy disk with the necessary drivers for my Windows 7 installation + Announced - Smart Power Control = 5V/2A = no need to add extra power to the USB ports. .+ Advertised – Drivers free for 8.0, 8.1, 10 and Windows Server 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 (32/64 bit) system. + Advertised - Package Includes: 1 x PCE-IN4, 1 x User Manual, 1 x Mini CD, 1 x Bracket Screw and 1 x Low Profile Bracket. Cons: 19-pin connectors are VERY narrow! As another reviewer pointed out, the plug cover pulls off along with the cable when removed from the plug! This happened to me on both 19 pin connectors! The manifold cover can be reinstalled, but DO NOT do this! Hence the reason for the product's rating of 3 out of 5. Final remarks: ▪ So far, all ports of this PCI-E USB 3.0 add-on card have worked properly. I'll do that the next time I unplug the cables. Updates: ► May 24, 2021 ▪ This optional USB 3.0 card works great, so I've increased my rating from 3 to 4.
