I like that it's easy to set up and use (it works with Roku, Apple TV etc.). It also has an app available for Android devices. The analytics are pretty good too! You can see which channels people watch when they first log in, as well as how many minutes of video they've watched through their entire sign-up period. There is not much else I dislike other than the price - but we're working on having a better deal with them. We were looking into this product because we wanted more data about our viewers' habits so we could improve what we do. Our biggest problem was getting detailed stats from multiple platforms all put together. This solved that issue for us.
