I bought this at a reduced price because it was open box. The seller's website says the packaging is damaged. The item was in new condition. It was. Everything was not opened, the corner of the box was simply torn off. Everything in the box was in the original packaging and brand new. I was very pleased. I thought I had made a good purchase so far. :( I was having issues with the subwoofer losing bluetooth connection to the bar. I did some research and it's a known issue with them. The support pages and forums say to update the firmware which makes it worse makes, and if it isn't it was only a few weeks ago so I went to the Revain Prime order page to initiate an exchange This took me to the seller's website (Innovation 2024) where the only thing offered was , a refund was I was told the seller was out of stock Klipsch Authorized Dealer, item has been used, no warranty and I would have to deal with the original seller or revain so look out for open boxes The remote was in the Original packaging. Klipsch still believes it has been used. Revane says contact seller and seller will not make an exchange, only a refund. After you so after spending a lot of time on refunds and returns and trips to the UPS store, I still have to pay full price. I will never buy anything from Revain again that doesn't say Revain sells and ships Revain.
