Easy to use on my review.
I use this most days. The remote is great. I always use the cords, it helps me keep my balance as I move around on the device. I do not get on and off while it is running. I read a review that said it moves across the floor, however while standing on it, it doesn't move. The booklet gives a few exercises to do, they do not have your full body weight. And yes then it moves. I recommend that you urinate prior to getting on, it doesn't have a pause button. It is surprisingly quiet. Place it away from furniture since anything it touches will vibrate.
