I have transplanted my container axolotl from the container I had when they were juveniles into adults. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on plants and decorations so I bought a bag of these. They were fine but appeared to be toxic to the water. Over time the coloring has lightened which means the color has seeped into the water in the tank. They weren't easy to clean. I used them for maybe a month and then didn't bother putting them in other tanks. I threw them away. If you're looking for a quick ornamental plant that you won't be using for a while, this is it. Otherwise you will probably have to dispose of them within 3 months.
