Dealing with cat waste in an environmentally responsible manner

We have 4 cats with healthy appetites, which means, you know. lots of bins and every time we cleaned we put everything in a plastic bag, tied it up and threw it in the bin. He goes to the dump and sits and sits and sits. Forever and ever. Enter Doggie Do Good (which should be called Doggie Doo Good) and her vegetable poop bags. I don't know the details of this magic, so I'll just go over my actual use of these packs (well, not me - I'm toilet-trained). I bought a larger size so the opening was wide enough to put a shovel in - that's it. I left a pocket next to each tray to get a few loads before putting it in the bin. Lasts, I haven't noticed an increase in smell. There was a small ring of moisture under a bag I left on the garage floor (it's very hot outside so that probably took its toll). Odorless, no stains. I recommend filling the bag up during the day and taking it to the trash. Grocery bags usually have small holes in them so I leave traces of breadcrumbs all over the house from tray to tray, but these bags are durable so my cats now only have to rely on smell to find the boxes (JC). All in all a great product and I can feel a little less guilty about loading poop in the landfill until I find a way to get a car engine running with poop. Thanks, doggy, do good!
