I'm starting to shape, no experience. I bought clay and then I realized I needed tools. I came across these instruments because I liked that they were made out of wood and reasonably priced in the range. If you are a beginner this is all you need. Each tool is a duel, so you get two tools in one. I don't even use most of the tools, but it's nice to know I have them. They come with a clear case for storage, only one with a flip top lid, nothing fancy but useful. They are light and the wood is smooth and feels good in the palm of your hand.
