I have a 125 year old home with original American Standard Radiator Company brand water heaters plus some newer reproductions from the early 2000's and some from the 1950's. I'm also restoring another house of about the same age with three types of exhaust valves. None of these wrenches worked on any of my exhaust valves. They are all made of too thick and poor cast iron and too thick to fit in the valve hole. Also, they seem to break easily and are not machined to good tolerances at all. All the "brass" and "stainless steel" items are also pot-painted only, so don't be fooled by the pictures.
