This dress is everything. This was a last minute, hoping that would fit kind of order and I'm not disappointed. I order an XL by the reviews, I'm normally a size XL tops, so I would say it's true to size. I'm 5.3 and it comes right to the top of my knees. I'm a 38CC and it closes pretty good over the girls. It's soft and flowy, the colors are bright, just like the pictures. I'm ordering other colors, that's how much I love this dress, I got tons of compliments.
