Amazing results! I have had plantar fasciitis on my left foot for 2-3 months. It is especially painful in the morning after waking up and when I sit down for a long time. There were times when I was in so much pain that I could barely walk and had to limp through the hallways at work or missed my subway because I couldn't put any weight on my left foot. I did back bends, cold compresses, rolled cans under my feet and nothing helped. I accidentally mentioned my PF to a friend and they told me about this video and how much it has helped them along with wearing special socks designed for those suffering from PF. My roll was delivered yesterday (still waiting to be worn) so I decided to try it out while I was working on my computer. I just roll back and forth on the heel and arch. I did it mindlessly for several hours at a time and honestly didn't pay much attention to how I was feeling. This morning I got out of bed and went to the bathroom and then it dawned on me - I wasn't feeling my usual crippling pain and I was walking straight and not in my flexed Fred Sanford position dragging my left leg!
