Windows 10. When using this camera for Zoom meetings, the Zoom app becomes unresponsive after a short time. Drivers are not provided and this device does not prompt Windows to install the driver. Disabling and reverting to the built-in camera and microphone on my laptop solves the no answer issue. To make matters worse I missed the opportunity to return it for 10 days.
