I like that it helps me organize my work in an organized way. It also has helpful features such as reminders to help keep track of things. The interface can be hard at first but once you get used to it, everything becomes much easier! There are some bugs which makes it not so easy to use sometimes. Some functions do not always function properly or may malfunction completely. For example, when using the reminder feature, sometimes the reminder does not show up even though there was one scheduled. Also, sometimes if you have multiple tabs open, they will all close together making it difficult to go back to where you were working before closing them out. This software has helped me organize my tasks by project and department.
