Not perfect yet - needs more development

I like that it helps me organize my work in an organized way. It also has helpful features such as reminders to help keep track of things. The interface can be hard at first but once you get used to it, everything becomes much easier! There are some bugs which makes it not so easy to use sometimes. Some functions do not always function properly or may malfunction completely. For example, when using the reminder feature, sometimes the reminder does not show up even though there was one…

  • Allows users (such us students) without professional skills access complex systems

This tool is great and helpful especially with large volume calling

I like that it has very detailed information about our customers in general as well of specific ones we are servicing at this time! Also being able to have all my notes together within one place makes me feel more organized than before using several different types of note taking methods/apps individually!! nothing really i dislike but some features would be nice if they could make them available offline (especially when there's no internet connection). Great for call center tracking and reporting

I like that it's easy to use (especially since we have limited IT resources). It can be difficult at times when you're trying figure out how best utilize all of its features but once figured things start working well again! We were looking into other solutions before deciding upon using this one - so far everything has been great!! The ability to track calls/tickets in real time from anywhere via our mobile devices was an added bonus as always having access while away would've helped us…

Best Productivity Software for Time Management

The best thing about this software was that it helped me in managing my time effectively by giving alerts when I have to answer an email or call within specific times of day so as not miss any important task/call etc.. Also being able use filters helps us manage our work better than before! Some features are difficult like creating reports which requires more effort but once you get used its easy enough using these tools even at home!! So far everything has been great just minor suggestions…

Efficient tool for ticket management

The best part of this software was that it allowed me to save my time by doing all things in one place instead going back & forth between different programs or websites which I used previously when managing tickets online (or via email). It requires some learning curve but once you get familiarized everything will be manageable!
