The best thing about this software was that it helped me in managing my time effectively by giving alerts when I have to answer an email or call within specific times of day so as not miss any important task/call etc..

Also being able use filters helps us manage our work better than before! Some features are difficult like creating reports which requires more effort but once you get used its easy enough using these tools even at home!! So far everything has been great just minor suggestions would be if they make some improvements regarding user interface (which could help people who don't know how things works). It gives ease while working from different places such office desktops & mobile phones hence helping one save precious minutes during peak hours where productivity matters most.
