Don’t buy if you want it to not transfer.
I thought it would stay put and not transfer but it transferred very badly. Very disappointed. Smartcover covers perfectly but it’s hard to find that. It does cover tattoos but you might as well just use regular makeup the way this rubs off on everything.
- Nice for small, tiny tattoos covering not for large ones..
- It didn’t cover up my black eye at all
