The product is great in theory. But the plastic grid came folded and has never flattened out. The instructions for getting the folds out are ludicrous. Heat it with a hair dryer and put a 60 lb weight on it? If I had 60 lb weight I wouldn't be able to lift it! Lay it in a bathtub full of 194 degree water? Aside from the fact that it's too wide to lay flat in a tub, who heats their bathwater to near boiling? I was prepared to deal with the creases except that my cat has decided she doesn't like stepping on the hard plastic grid, so she jumps over it and spreads litter everywhere anyway. To make matters worse, I've missed the return deadline by 3 days.I do not recommend buying this product.
