Review on Controller by Matt Addison

The beginning was not so promising. I have no idea what the seller mean when they told me that one of parts is out of stock, but it seems like they are trying to convince me that something else is wrong with my order. So they were saying like "we're sorry for this inconvenience - we don't know if it will be in stock in next few days" or "we can send you some other part for free/discounted price". This kind of approach really annoyed me and give me doubts about them (I'm buying stuff online all around the world for more than 15 years). But... I had nothing better to do at that time, so I've said YES to modify my order.

However after couple weeks controller arrived to my door.

I must say that most of part I received were in great conditions, all buttons are working fine. There are some minor scratches on the body, not so big issue for me because it's going to be covered with stickers anyway.

If you are looking for parts for your controller - I recommend to look at Controller . But... keep in mind that if you want to order something - there is no warranty and money-back policy! So imagine what could happen if they will send you damaged/defective stuff...

I'm glad I took a chance and ordered from Controller. It was not the easiest process (thanks to some misleading information), but in the end, they came through with my order on time and without any issues. The purchase of controller parts for my Xbox One is going well so far - all buttons work as expected, even though there are some minor scratches on it's body that will be covered up by stickers anyway.
