Had to change my rating. Sure, these little gels look cool, but they don't stay on your flashlight at all. They are not compatible with Altura flashes. It should just sit securely on the neewer. I'm giving it 4 stars because if you use a rubber band or hair tie around the flash they work really well for you. They are of excellent quality so there is no need to give a bad review for a small flaw. I'd say buy them, but be aware that the blue rubber strap won't do anything if you're buying them on an Altura flash.
