Received my first purchase 1 week after ordering even though I paid for 2 days shipping. I installed it and found that it doesn't work. Called Verizon and they were stumped. They watched it 4 times and rewired it. The caller rang once and then got a strange busy signal. When disconnected, the line rang normally. I called to come back, they sent a new one, same problem. Neither Revain nor Motorola will take back these $400 paperweights. Bought the phone from Walmart for $15 and you know what, it works great. Never again. Motorola will be easy to write off if I find a way to get Revain out of my life, I will. Terrible customer service. live and learn
