NOT BUSINESS APPROPRIATE

DID NOT SEE THE PHONE NUMBER. WHEN CALLING AN ADDITIONAL NUMBER IN THE OFFICE, WHO IS CALLING IS NOT SHOWN. GARBAGE. I HAD TO ORDER ANOTHER HANDS-FREE KIT BECAUSE THE FIRST ONE WON'T WORK AFTER 2 MONTHS AND THIS WAS AFTER AMAZON'S ONE MONTH RETURN POLICY. DO NOT BUY

Motorola ML1250/ML1000 product not suitable for our home

Motorola ML1250/ML1000 product not suitable for our home. I sent a work ticket using Xfinity, they checked the same and couldn't figure out why the device only rings once and then disconnects? Please give the money back to us. Switched to a similar Panasonic product and it worked as it should.

Only rings once when calling

I've spent hours getting the system to work. The phone only rings once for an incoming call and cannot be changed at all. Neither in the menu, nor when calling Amazon tech support, nor when contacting Motorola for help. Don't waste your time or money. Absolutely disappointed.

Line 6 months 2 out of service

I thought this was a good phone system. We had problems with line 2 on the phone. We call our phone company, they have no problem with this line. I did further research, the problem is with the phone. A call comes on line 3, line 2 lights up, I removed the cable from line 2 and plugged it into line 4. I had the last 4-line phone for 14 years. Only 10 months with it. I will never buy a Motorola again.

Easy setting. Outstanding telephone system

We had the Att system for many years and it recently died. I wanted something that didn't cost an arm and two legs so after some searching I found this Motorola system. It was so easy to set up. the sound quality is amazing. I wish I had a wall mount for one of our Extenctuins but for the price I'll live with that. Not listed, you must connect each phone to 120 volts, and it has a battery backup in case of a power outage. Will be added to the system. So worth the money

The sound quality is HORRIBLE

These phones are not suitable for the office. Easy to set up but the sound quality is terrible. The voice is indistinct, hoarse, foggy, you can hardly make out the voice. The troubleshooter suggested connecting the Baseline away from home appliances and computers. Well, it's not very useful if you're buying these phones for an office that has computers, modems, WIFI, and wireless printers. etc. Returned the same day. I don't recommend if you plan to install this in your office near computers or

PRICELESS. TERRIBLE SUPPORT FROM AMAZON AND MOTOROLA

Received my first purchase 1 week after ordering even though I paid for 2 days shipping. I installed it and found that it doesn't work. Called Verizon and they were stumped. They watched it 4 times and rewired it. The caller rang once and then got a strange busy signal. When disconnected, the line rang normally. I called to come back, they sent a new one, same problem. Neither Revain nor Motorola will take back these $400 paperweights. Bought the phone from Walmart for $15 and you know what, it

Great analog office phone with great speakerphone - beware of flicker

I work for a company that doesn't support "computer audio" phone solutions. For various reasons, they don't use Zoom, Skype for Business, Teams or IP softphones. Instead, they redirect their VoIP calls to their personal phones and use the "Call Me" feature in web meetings. I hope that changes, but for now it's the way it is. In any case, I've found that using my cell phone is incredibly unreliable. Half of the calls forwarded go straight to voicemail, which is very frustrating. I decided to use
