These phones are not suitable for the office. Easy to set up but the sound quality is terrible. The voice is indistinct, hoarse, foggy, you can hardly make out the voice. The troubleshooter suggested connecting the Baseline away from home appliances and computers. Well, it's not very useful if you're buying these phones for an office that has computers, modems, WIFI, and wireless printers. etc. Returned the same day. I don't recommend if you plan to install this in your office near computers or household appliances that will obviously degrade the sound quality.
