I liked the look and functionality of this fridge. The problem was that it never went below 47 degrees. I called Newair and they asked the usual questions like if it was closed, turned on, cooled down etc and they said I had to return it. I sent it back and it's been a month since they received it and they still haven't refunded the money. Several emails back and forth and I'm still waiting. They are responsive and polite so I think that's a positive but waiting for a refund which I was told should take 7-10 days seems to be a process issue. I'm not the first to get one of these that doesn't freeze. So if you decide to buy this model, hopefully you have better luck. I think there are better options for a beverage cooler that work more consistently.
