This is a very simple unit with the same connector as any other headphone and microphone phone set. It was uncomfortable at first, but after the first few hours I got used to it and almost forgot he was there. The earphone is comfortable and has decent sound quality. The microphone, why are you looking at that thing, it's terrible. It has a narrow frequency range and either adjusts gain randomly or becomes progressively less sensitive. It's ok for its price. I use it to listen to podcasts at work as the earbud looks like it could be for my radio.
